beignet-opencl-icd-dbg software package provides OpenCL library for Intel GPUs (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install beignet-opencl-icd-dbg
beignet-opencl-icd-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the beignet-opencl-icd-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep beignet-opencl-icd-dbg *
